1. All Sales Final (General Policy)

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for:

Incorrect size selection

Change of mind

Personal preference (style, color, fit)

Please review all product details and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

2. Size Exchanges (Limited)

We offer size exchanges only (no refunds) under the following conditions:

Request must be made within 48 hours of delivery

Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

Original packaging must be included

3. Exchange Shipping Fee

All approved exchanges require a mandatory delivery fee to cover logistics.

Customer is responsible for:

Return shipping

A delivery fee for the new item shipment

This ensures we can continue offering affordable pricing across all products.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Provide clear photo/video proof

If approved, we will:

Replace the item at no cost, OR

Offer store credit (at our discretion)

5. Sizing Responsibility

We are not responsible for sizing issues.

Please refer to sizing guidance before purchasing

Fit may vary depending on body type

By placing an order, you accept full responsibility for size selection.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

Sale or discounted items

Jewelry, watches, and accessories

Items marked as “Final Sale”

7. Processing Time

Exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days after receiving the returned item.

8. Abuse & Chargebacks

Any fraudulent claims, abuse of the policy, or unauthorized chargebacks will be disputed.

BLAccessories LLC reserves the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy.
