Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from BLAccessories LLC through our website, local delivery, or other direct sales channels operated by BLAccessories LLC.

30-Day Return Window

Unless otherwise stated below, eligible products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery or pickup.

To qualify for a return, the item must generally:

  • Be in the same condition in which it was received.

  • Include all original accessories, manuals, components, and packaging.

  • Include proof of purchase from BLAccessories LLC.

  • Not show damage, misuse, abuse, unauthorized modification, excessive wear, or missing components.

BLAccessories LLC reserves the right to inspect returned merchandise before approving a refund.

Return Authorization

Customers should contact us before returning merchandise.

Returning an item without authorization does not guarantee that the return will be accepted or refunded.

Customers may be asked to provide their order number, photographs, serial number, UPC, model number, or other information necessary to verify the product and purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following may be considered final sale or non-returnable unless the product was defective, damaged upon arrival, incorrectly supplied by BLAccessories LLC, or applicable law requires otherwise:

  • Clearance or explicitly marked final-sale merchandise.

  • Gift cards.

  • Customized, special-order, or made-to-order products.

  • Products that cannot reasonably be resold for health, safety, or hygiene reasons once opened.

  • Products damaged through misuse, neglect, improper installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear and tear.

  • Products missing serial numbers, manufacturer labels, accessories, components, or substantial portions of the original packaging.

  • Items specifically identified as non-returnable before purchase.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Opened Products

Opened merchandise may be eligible for return within the applicable return period if it remains in substantially original condition and includes its original components.

BLAccessories LLC may deny a return or make a reasonable deduction from the refund where permitted by law if merchandise has been materially damaged, altered, used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect it, or returned incomplete.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

Customers should inspect orders promptly after receiving them.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, contact BLAccessories LLC as soon as reasonably possible.

We may request photographs, packaging information, serial numbers, or other evidence necessary to investigate the issue.

Depending on the circumstances, BLAccessories LLC may offer a replacement, exchange, refund, missing component, or another appropriate remedy.

Do not discard damaged merchandise or packaging until the claim has been resolved.

Return Shipping

When a return results from an error by BLAccessories LLC or merchandise that arrived damaged or defective, BLAccessories LLC may provide or reimburse reasonable return shipping as appropriate.

For discretionary returns, including change-of-mind purchases, the customer is generally responsible for return transportation unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping or delivery charges are generally non-refundable except when required by law or when the return results from an error by BLAccessories LLC.

Refunds

Approved refunds will normally be issued to the original payment method.

Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

BLAccessories LLC is not responsible for additional processing time imposed by banks, credit card companies, payment processors, or other financial institutions after a refund has been submitted.

Refund Adjustments

Where permitted by applicable law, BLAccessories LLC may make a reasonable deduction from a refund for:

  • Missing components or accessories.

  • Customer-caused damage.

  • Material deterioration in condition.

  • Merchandise returned in a condition substantially different from the condition in which it was delivered.

Any deduction will be determined based on the circumstances of the returned merchandise.

Exchanges

Product exchanges are subject to availability.

If an identical replacement is unavailable, BLAccessories LLC may offer an alternative product or refund, as appropriate.

Manufacturer Warranties

Certain products may include warranties provided directly by their manufacturers.

Manufacturer warranties are separate from this Return & Refund Policy and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms and procedures.

BLAccessories LLC does not independently extend or modify a manufacturer's warranty unless expressly stated in writing.

Fraud and Return Abuse

BLAccessories LLC reserves the right, to the extent permitted by law, to reject returns associated with suspected fraud, product substitution, serial-number mismatch, counterfeit product substitution, intentional damage, chargeback abuse, or other fraudulent activity.

We may retain relevant transaction and return records for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
