TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLACCESSORIES LLC'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING FROM A PARTICULAR TRANSACTION WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID TO BLACCESSORIES LLC FOR THE PRODUCT OR SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
